Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, Ireland, Europe, or any other global region.
2. Trade Delivery
Shipping is free on orders over £60 and will be delivered within 1-2 working days, provided that the order is placed before 1pm. Orders under £60 will cost £4.70 to England, Wales and Scottish Borders and £5.20 to UK Islands and Highlands.
3. Bundle Box Delivery
Bundle delivery is free on orders over £20 and will be delivered within 1-2 working days, provided that the order is placed before 1pm for most part of the UK with Highlands and Islands taking 2-3 working days. Under £20 they will cost £4.70 to England, Wales and Scottish Borders and £5.20 to UK Islands and Highlands.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Missed Deliveries
If you're not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or contact you to rearrange. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors like weather, strikes, or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@bebeto.co.uk.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Email us at info@bebeto.co.uk with your order number and details
We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
